Our Restaurant
Hôtel Restaurant « Chez Germaine »
« Chez Germaine » is a family story that began in 1925. The house was then an inn with a quillet and a cattle scale. Years have passed, the quillet has given way to the dining room and the rocker to the terrace.
This passion for gastronomy has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, Gisèle, Pierre and their daughters Valérie and Caroline are happy to welcome you by offering tasty and original cuisine to enjoy by the fireplace or on the terrace.
The menu is balanced between Béarn terroir and modern cuisine. Based only on local and seasonal products, we favor short circuits by working with our producer friends.
The know-how and creativity of Pierre and Valérie, pastry chef and trained cook, guarantee you an original and gourmet cuisine. their creativity has been rewarded with the title of Maitre restaurateur and Logis “Savoureux restaurant”. Our menus change every month. We are open from Wednesday noon to Sunday noon off season. Summer season: closed Monday noon and Tuesday noon. Curious and regulars are always welcome at our table!
